I normally use my Actron CP9180 to troubleshoot and clear codes. While checking for temperature, I was wondering what these other (i guess P.I.Ds) are and what the normal amounts should be for a 4.0. Would anyone know where I can find this information?

Here's the CP9180 manual:

http://actron.com/media/usermanuals/...35_MNL_Eng.pdf

The PIDs you see on your scanner are the PIDs your Jeep supports.

Go to Appendix A, page A-1 and read about PIDs.

I have a CP9180 and it serves me well for what I need to do.

Thanks,Just what I wanted. You know, I get the impression that this was suppose to come in the box with the scanner.

I can't remember if it did, but you should have gotten a CD with it and that pdf manual might be on it. I've misplaced my CD some time ago so I don't know for sure. Anyway, you now have the manual.
