Theres only one bank of o2 sensors unless you have california emissions. Then you'll have two upstream sensors and two downstream sensors. If that's the case, the code should read bank 2, sensor x (x=1 or 2).

I think bank one is closest to the front of the vehicle. So bank 1, sensor 1 would be the upstream sensor closest to the front of the vehicle.
If you're getting a too lean code then I would think your o2 sensors are working just fine since all they do is sense how much oxygen is in the exhaust. Your problem might be in your injectors or air sensor since they control the fuel/air ratio.

so than possably too much air or not enough air rite? How would i go about cleaning those to see if they can be clean or if i need to replace them? and bank 2 would be downsteam than past the mani. ?

Try running some fuel injector cleaner next time you fill up.
If you have california emissions you will have 4 sensors (2 upstream, 2 two downstream) and 2 mimi-cats instead if one big cat. upstream is before cat, downstream after. Bank 1 sensor 1 would be the upstream sensor on top of the cat closest to the front. Bank 2 sensor 1 would be the upstream sensor on top of the cat closest to the rear. Bank 1 sensor 2 would be the downstream sensor below front cat. Bank 2 sensor 2 would be downstream sensor below rear cat.
