Default Clutch went hard. Then motor “locked up”

Pulled up to A stop sign. Clutch wouldn’t push in, I pushed harder and it went down put it in gear and the motor slowed and died. Now won’t turn over at all.
Clutch issue? Serpentine issues? Engine issue?

Havent experienced this before so any help would be great.

When you say wont turn over at all, is the clutch stuck engaged? Does it lurch forward when you hit the starter?

Went it died I put it in gear and I couldn’t engage the clutch enough to start it without it rolling. Then it almost seemed like something seized and sniffed out the engine.

Is it possible you blew out the clutch interlock switch? That would definitely cause a no-crank symptom.

I’m hoping it was just something with the clutch. I’ve noticed that the throw out bearing had started making a minor noise a week or so ago. I have it at a shop now to diagnose the issue.

Hahaha, my TOB has been noisy for a while, so clutch replacement is in my near future.

Let us know what they find.
