Clutch/Transmission Problems

Okay so I took the slave cylinder out and the piston was completely out of it. But from just looking from the outside in I'm not too sure of what to think. Here's some pictures

My slave rod is all the way out and I have the same grind you described. You said you had a bad throwout bearing which i guess is what mine has. Did you you have to replace the fork or anything like that to get it going again?

I ended up messing my tranny up before I could get anything back together. My fork wasn't in bad shape and I bought a new slave cylinder along with a new throw out bearing. I was hoping it would be the solution but never got the chance to put it back together

Well while it was in reverse I pushed the shifter into neutral and it stayed in reverse while the shifter is in neutral. I don't know what happened but I sent it out to be looked at
