Default Clutch Issues Please Help

Hey, just replaced my master/slave cylinder in my 97, (Because it stopped shifting period) and for a little bit it stopped grinding into reverse, now it started again any idea why this is? Thanks

Put into first then try reverse any difference ?

No syncros for reverse ...

No difference still grinds, how much do syncros cost and how would I find them?
