Default clutch humming problem with ax-15

i only have this problem when it is warmed up not cold but whenever im idling at a stop light or stopped somewhere i hear a buzzing/humming noise and then when i push in the clutch all the way the noise stops. also the noise comes back with the clutch pushed in and in gear. anybody have an idea what it could be?

If you push the clutch in and problem goes away.. It isnt the trans.

when you push the clutch in, the input shaft stops(usually) spinning. so if he has a bad input shaft bearing, that could be why the noise goes away. but he said it makes noise with the pedal down and in gear. it could possibly be the throw out bearing, but those generally make noise all the time. how many miles on the trans/clutch?

the noise happening when the clutch is in says maybe pilot bearing/bushing. when your sitting still, obviously the trans isnt turning therefore the only thing spinning is the flywheel and thats where the pilot bearing is.

pilot bearing is still spinning as long as the motor is running.....so id say that. However it sucks to pull the trans for a 5Dollar part...but its a perfect time to put a clutch in it. And i have never replace a clutch that came with a pilot bearing.
