cluster issue

cluster issue
I have a 96 cherokee I'm having issues with 3 gauges my rpms my gas gause and my speed gauge they all work off and on in sync every time I hit a bump they work or they srop working I've taken it to my local mechanic and they can't figure it out. All the other gauges work just fine any suggestions
