Hey everyone, i'm new to the forum and I just picked up my 1st Jeep, a 2001 Cherokee Sport a few weeks ago. So far i'm loving it, but I am having a minor problem. It rides and drives excellent, however I have noticed a bad grinding noise a few times while spinning the rear tires on loose surfaces, almost like shifting a manual trans without clutching, coming from the TC area while in 2hi. I have tried it in 4wd hi and lo with no noise also...does anyone have any ideas as to what can be causing this??
