Default Clicking noise coming from tcase?

I was driving my cherokee and ive been hearing this squeak the last few times i drove it. All of a sudden it popped and started clicking. The squeak and the click go faster if i drive faster. Anyone got any ideas? I dont wanna tear the tcase apart until i look at all the other options. Thanks

First, check your tcase fluids
second, check the gears man!

Are you 100% sure its from the tcase? I had a similar problem but the noise was coming from the rear dif and I thought it was coming from the tcase. Within a week my rear dif blew out. Check all of your ujoints on the drive shaft too. Grab a hold of the drive shaft and give it a good tug to see if theres any play in the ujoints.
If it is the tcase, there a dime a dozen at the junk yard and pretty straight forward to remove and install.

welp i jacked the jeep up and put it in 4 wheel drive and the front driveshaft was bouncing like crazy so i figured it was a u joint but the t case. Dropped the driveshaft and pulled the first u joint. and right in the middle of the double cardan joint and was just shreaded so looks like im getting me a woody now!! haha
