do you hace rear wingow defogger the relay is there somewhere i just went and turned mine on it clicks when i do thius

Open the hood with it running and listen around the firewall. My evap system has a solenoid on the passenger side of the firewall close to the center that gives the exact type of click you are talking about.

In my 1988 Cherokee I'm having the same problem. With the motor off and the ignition on, even then the dash is making creaking noises just sitting! 😁 Once I get her warmed up the speedo needle goes ballistic jumping all over the place making a noise that looks exactly like the needle. Most annoying thing ever and I don't know where to begin!
