Clicking/clank from motor

Clicking/clank from motor
Okay so I took my gas tank out to do some repairs to subframe... I noticed my battery low so I went to start the car(for getting it didnt have a gas tank) and after I cranked it it made a clicking clanking noise from inside the motor and kept going for about 5 minutes after words, cold motor (since No gas tank it didnt start so no heat causing metal tick noises) but it kept going, I took video of the noise and it sounds bottom end.. but I dont know what would be doing that for about 5 minutes after I cranked it... help

Patrick, I could not make out anything on that video. 
Can you try it again without all the moving around? Just set the phone down somewhere close to the engine, crank it, and shut it down, and let the video record the whole process.
