Hey guys, been a while here. Life has gotten busy and little time for TLC on the Heep, but still consistently drive it. Other day, just outta the blue decided it didn't want to crank. Just clicks once when initially turning the key and nothing afterwards. Didnt do anything outta the ordinary to cause it.

Battery checks out, threw in a new starter, checked with a voltmeter that all is getting power, and all is fine there. Not an NSS issue either. Any suggestions?

Oh and to mention, there was no change in behavior when I threw in the new starter. It was doing the same click and no crank with the old starter. When turning the key, you can hear the solenoid working

Most likely a cable connection issue somewhere between the battery and the starter, could also possibly be corrosion on the cable terminals

If solenoids working it should turn over . Is there current at big cable on starter ? What about small wire on solenoid when keys turned to start position ?
