Ok so I just finished them. When they came out of the dishwasher they were nearly dry and looked a lot better! Waterspots from the drying cycle of the dishwasher, only on the shiny outside though.
Then I thought, still not that shiny...
I used the mothers powerball headlight/plastic lens restore kit.
It's just some wax stuff in a bottle and a powerball thing for your drill. I didn't believe how much better they looked! My neighbor actually saw me trying to shine them with turtle wax, (which came out nice enough) but then he brought the mothers ball and headlight restoration cream stuff, all I can say is wow

I'm going to do the front parking lamps and turn signals next!! There not supposed to be shiny but what the hell!
