Default Cleaning engine parts after rebuild before assembly?

Hey guys, having a 4.0 rebuilt for my 99 XJ. I am having the oil pan, timing chain cover, intake manifold and valve cover powder coated. The powder coater said he will only media blast the out side of each part before he PC's it. I have brake cleanered the crap out of all four parts but they just are not clean enough for me. I want to get the inside of the intake manifold as clean as new. Any ideas on how to get inside of there and really new it up?

Also how do you clean all of your nuts and bolts before reasembly? On the valve cover I was planning on buying a new set but the rest are 15 years old and pretty nasty.

This is pretty close to what I am going for.

That doesn't look like a '99 intake or fuel rail to me....

I use a cheap reloading tumbler to clean up fasteners. Works like a charm.

For the intake manifold use a media/sand blaster in fact you can use it for about all those items. For the fasteners I use an ultra sonic cleaner with solvent for them.

If I rebuild an engine that I want to look really nice I buy new fasteners for it usually ARP. They make the kits for about every part/engine combo or the big 3 anyway, all mine have been Chevy engines.

Make sure all the blast media is out of the parts before they go back on the engine.
