No more constant high idle Revs a bit high at start up but not bad. Idles around 6-700 instead of the 1100 it use to idle at before it messed up and much lower then the 1500 it was idling at after I cleaned it

A little idle flare up and then down to 650 to 700 in a second or two is normal. Wait til you get your TPS adjusted.

Which Renix tips of mine have you done?
