I have a couple 8 1/4 questions first is there a carrier split(ratio)and if so at what ratio?
Second question is can a 27 spline be changed to a 29 spline simply by changing the spiders with the side gears od does the entire carrier need changed?

carrier split is at like 2.73 or something. and to change to 29 spline youll need a new carrier.
