Chopped jeeps?
I chopped mine for lots of reasons. The number one reason i did it is to make the whole rig more ridged by cutting it off and welding a comanche cab on it made it way stronger no big hatch that opens up and its welded all the way around. Number two reason is i live in washington we have some supper steep long hill climbs over in the naches, liberty, rim rock areas and when you have to stop on those hills and get something out of the back it realy sucks to try and pull ur spare tire rack out lift that heavy hatch up without everything you own falling out. When i need a beer i can simply reach right into the back and grab one out of the cooler. If i need tools i dont have to dig through the back their right their in the tool box. When im up wheelin and its 20 degrees out im only trying to heat where we sit not the whole jeep. And it looks cool.
