Default chirp noise on takeoff

Hi, I'm new to the forum but not to owning my 98 xj. I just replaced all of the shock absorbers, leaf springs, rear brake cylinders, and spider gears in the rear diff last year. Shortly after getting it back on the road the transmission blew and I had it rebuilt. Now it has been driven over 500 miles and the transmission isn't jerking like it did to start right after the rebuild. Now the problem is when I take off, there is a slight cricket-like chirp that sounds like it's coming from the rear. It's not constant. It just happens right at takeoff. If anyone has any ideas what it might be please share any advice you can offer. Thanks!

How long do u-joints usually last? They aren't very old. I replaced them a couple years ago.

I believe I remember getting the ones with the grease fittings. Unfortunately I'm not as good as I should be about greasing them. I'm pretty sure the brand is Spicer. Also I mainly use my xj for on the road, so only water from the road.
