Default Chipped rims, just looking for an opinion.

so i dont wanna sound cheap but lets face it im f *&^ing broke! so my rims on da jeep look fukt. so i was thinkin of sanding em down, painting a primer on em. then taking off the cap where the lugnuts are, painting the rims black then puttin the cap back on, does that sound too cheap like, or should i just look for new rims for this, keep in mind im broke and its really not that important, but ya kno..
just looking for opinions let the newbie bash begin lol..

What color you want? I just left my job at a powdercoating shop and I got some left over powder, In all honesty for a new rim look you gould get them sand blasted cheap, lay on some filler primer, wet sand and paint and they would look brand new

i was just gonna go with black nothing fancy but i was gonna leave the cap where the lugnuts are alone. so i guess it will be a silver n black kinda deal..., roughly wut do u think theyd charge for sand blasting em ? i mean anything will look better than they do now.
