Cherokee will sometimes hesitate right after being started

I normally notice it right after I fill up at the gas station...

just will feel like I am pulling a 2-3000 lbs trailer for a little while, then it is just fine...

ideas please?

 

well... just went out to go for a drive and it would not start...

it is a 1996 with the 4.0HO

 

ok I am getting power to the coil and to the pump...

 

I unhooked the fuel line at the pump and turned it over... it does not seems to be pumping much fuel, it only shot fuel a 1 and a half

 

well.. it's the darn fuel pump... I hate my life...

started right up with starting fluid(hate using that crap...) died seconds later

 

getting spark?

 

yeah... it's the damn fuel pump... barely throwing fuel...

it fires up with starter fluid

 

yeah I can hold back the fuel pressure with my pointer finger...
