Any ideas on good products for restoring bad oxidized trim fellas? Can I paint it?

you can paint it. also a little time with a heat gun and some armor all help tons

Do I need to sand it any like most things or just paint it with something like Fusion straight?

depends on the paint. just follow standard plastic prep.

paint it with bed liner... should look mean

or bumper/trim black paint

I used a product called "Forever Black" and it did an amazing job of restoring my trim color. Well worth the $10.
