Cherokee starting
Just bought a '99 Cherokee and it cranks for awhile before starting when cold, but fires right up when warmed up,just did a full tune up. Is this normal for these Jeeps?

hmmm, a '99? I know my '89 takes about that long, but my buddy has a 95 and that thing starts right up, you have a voltmeter? good way to check starter performance is to see how much voltage it's drawing.
