Cherokee stalls under load

Cherokee stalls under load
I have a 1988 cherokee, 4.0, aw4. It runs great but it is starting to stall. Happens when driving through deep snow. Engine pulls down and dies. Did it today trying to pull my buddys truck home. As soon as engine pulls down it dies, put it in park and fires right back up. Also has high idle(3000rpm) at start up. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

Probably start by cleaning your Idle Air Control valve, then maybe adjusting your Throttle Position Sensor. My brother's '89 would bog down a lot taking off from a red light, so we cleaned the IAC and it stopped doing that.
