I had this problem just last week. It ended up being my spark plugs. some oil leaked down on to a plug. I just clean the spark plug and it went away. if that doesn't work I would start at the fuel pump and work your way up to the engine. check everything. also throw some seafoam or berryman b12 in the gas tank, you just may have some build up. you can also put about 5 to 10 oz of either of these in to your throttle body this will clean the tops of the heads. with the Jeep on poor into throttle body when the idle goes back to normal turn off the Jeep let it sit for about 15 mins and start it up again. there will be black smoke coming out your tailpipe. this is normal.
