Cherokee seat just broke help
My 88 Cherokee seat broke I thought it was gonna be the typical bolts in the floor but when I looked it's the tube piece that goes between the back rest part to bottom part closest to console it's right in the bend is there anyway to fix this without buying a new seat any help be great! I wonder if Jb weld would hold

Mine broke because off my fat ***. I just snagged one out of the junk yard. I had welded mine once already. The problem is the seat metal and tubes are too thin so welding to them is hard because you can blow threw the metal easily.

If you can fabricate stuff I would look for a set of Honda seats. Jeep seats are total crap, I am on my second stock jeep seat and its about to break again. Being fat and wheeling doesn't help things but you would think they would design a tuff seat.
