Question answered! Steering wheel lock is in the column. Ring and Pin. Thanks for the Reply! I appreciate it! Not going to worry about fixing it.

The lock is in the column, there's a ring with notches and a lock pin. Someone probably cranked on the wheel and broke the pin.
