Default cherokee has 15 in. rim?

have a 99 cherokee, does that have the 15 in. rims? so these tires would not fit? http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/pts/1893090326.html

you might have a 16 in rim. why dont you check your tire? The R is your rim size

thats a 16.5" rim no jeeps came stock with them

X2 check your size 235/75/15
the 15 at the end is the rim size

The number after the R on your tire is the rim size, and yes, R means radial but the number is still the size of rim it fits on.

My 99 sport came with 15 inch rims as well. I dont really have a good picture but this will do. P235/75/R15

Technically, the number after the "R" is the rim/wheel diameter. Rim size, for example, would be 15 X 7 or diameter and width.

its all irrelevant because the OP wants to know if the tires in the CL ad will fit and no XJ came with a 16.5 rim
