Help with what? You seem to already know what the issue is.

Replace valve stem seals. They are not hard and you will see a big difference.

Make sure your CCV system is clean if one leg gets plugged the other will suck oil. If that doesn't help go a head and do the valve stem seals as bulrid8 stated.

Closed-circuit Crankcase Ventalation system. It is sort of like a PCV system but with no valve, there are two tubes and fittings on the valve cover, one on the front going to the air box and one at the rear going to the intake manifold, clean or replace the tubes and fittings (usually the fittings come out in pieces so plan on replacing them if you pull them out).

Sounds like your transmission mount needs replaced (cheap and easy if the bolts aren't too rusted) and you may have a loose or cracked flex-plate (there is an inspection cover on the front of the bell-housing) but a bad trans mount itself can cause all kinds of vibrations and noises. If the engine mounts are as old as the trans mount they also might be due for replacement.
