Cherokee 89 run 20 minute and then turn off

My cherokee run like 20 minute then turn off and don't start if I wait a few minute run like 1 minute and turn off again i change the module and the crank sensor. please help is my only car in my family

Cat. going bad-fuel filter-poss. fuel pump, but they tend to be all or nothing.

But when it's turn off i press the gas fitting and have gas on it

After it has ran a bit have you tried to push a pen or something on the fuel rail and seen if gas shoots out or just barely runs out

Put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail Harbor Freight has a cheap set for less than $20.

If I'd had the fuel pressure gauge when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my 90 XJ last fall, it would have saved me a lot of time...
