Default my 96 hard to start and rough idle

I have a 96 Cherokee and never had a problem with it untill 2 weeks ago.
It died while driving and have not ben able to get it going since. It is hard to start and when it does start it idles rough and dies when put in gear. I replaced the crank shaft sensor, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, coil, and cleaned the IAC

Check all your ground connections. Wire brush them off good and make sure that they're tight.

If you have a fuel pressure test gauge you should verify the fuel rail pressure.
There is a schraeder valve (bicycle tire air valve) on the fuel rail for testing....
For your year 4.0L the pressure is around 45-49 psi.
If the pressure is below 40 psi; this will stop the engine from running under load.
