Checking to see if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to fix it
I have a 1987 Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0. About half the time at start up it will climb to over 2,000 rpm and won't idle back down, so I have to turn it off and try again. Anyone else have this happen and if so what is the fix for it. I have already replaced the idle air control, the throttle positioning sensor, and cleaned the throttle body.

Very common. Did you adjust the new TPS?
