Looks cool I might copy it on the side of my rack. Maybe welding larger ears on the butterfly nuts would make it easier to get off. But a great lo budget alternative. Some off us dont got 100 bucks to mount a shovel on r jeeps.

well i have my highlift up there and it holds up fine. so i don't think your ax and shovel are any heavier

Default It cost 40 bucks to make

I found the rails at the junk yard for 15.99 and then the rest of the stuff came from tractor supply. so all in all its a relatively cheap mod.

a highlift for sure i got a 48 inch one on the roof. it is a little heavy but it is a lot easier to get up there

you got pics of that hi-lift up theer a1? thats a good idea im undecide if i should mount mine there or on my front hood
