Default Check Engine Light - Code Description

I've been getting an engine light lately so I stopped by AutoZone for a read. Here's my printout.
"PO445"
EVAP, large leak detected.
The ECM has detected a large leak in the EVAP system during system monitor test.
Probable cause
1. Defective, loose or missing fuel cap.
2. EVAP canister broke, hose cracked or not connected.
3. Purge or vent solenoid defective.
4. Vacuum leak at engine.
Anyone been down this road before?

Pretty common emissions code. Definitely start with a new MOPAR gas cap. Gotta eliminate this first before moving onto other more complex possibilities.

I don't know how it happened but while replacing my J-bolts on the gas tank I found that the line from the tank to the evap cannister was disconnected at the tank.

You might be able to see the connection with a good light and mirror without lowering the tank (both of my J-bolts broke). It might be worth 5 minutes of your time to check it out.
