How much cash do you have? Honestly I would do a HO swap out of a totaled 91-95. That would opean up a lot more options. But if that's not possible. More spark plugs wiers coil cap. I run E3 plugs cheepest best seat of the pants upgrade. Then hedder cat back. Then air flow but no cones out in the open begging for a drink!
