The ones that cover all around the filter to help reduce the temp of thair going into the t/b.They aren't all their cracked up to be either in my opinion they may work a bit better than the t/b spacers cause these dont do anything for mpi.t/b spacer a waste of money.

Not in a jeep, that will act as a heat sink and make the cone inhale hot air.

Eh, CAI's are very touchy in different applications. The only true way to get a CAI in a cherokee is to A. get a turbo, B. get a snorkel, or C. or the one that extrudes out in front of the windshield.

Cheapest horsepower around is nitrous. You can double your horsepower for a couple hundred bucks. Good luck with the longevity though. Some people say it can be reliable, but I've never seen it...
