Changing the wiper arm on a 1999 XJ

I'm having trouble getting a wiper arm off my 1999 XJ. On my 1995 I just pulled it straight off, not working with this one. Any thing I'm missing?

pull the wiper up and theres a pin you need to relrease for it to come off
