Default Changing Motor and Trans Mounts

Could i use these together? I have heard some bad things about using poly trans mounts with rubber engine mounts.

The general rule of thumb is to go both prothane or both rubber. I don't really know the downside to doing one of each. But I'd go with those motor mounts and just an OEM trans mount, which will also save you some money on the tranny mount. When I put in that tranny mount you posted a link to, there were all sorts of crazy vibes and rattles. I hated it and changed it back to rubber almost right away

I'm pretty sure the rubber is much softer than the other mounts, and because of that, if you use one of the rubber and one of the poly mounts, the polyurethane mount will have to endure more weight and stress...

I installed just the poly motor mounts, from ironman4x4fab.com, and left the stock trans mount cause it was rather new-ish. Yes those motor mounts made the chassis transfer the engine vibrations and it was terrible at 1st. Over time it got better and now I dont even think about it unless i ride in my gf's XJ and feel how smooth her unmolested 01 is, suspension, tires and untwisted chassis plays a role too. One gripe I have is when I'm towing, it feels like the trans mount isnt strong enough and cause the drivetrain to shake and knock a-bOOt. At least I think its that because my ax15 shift will do its dance in 1st will a big load behind it. But thats the only complaint I have.

oh and lift motor mounts cannot work with tcase drops cause they do the same thing, just an FYI
