Auto Trans keeps changing down

Auto Trans keeps changing down
I have a 99 Classic that I rebuilt approx 3 years ago. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/99...s-pics-106401/
The trans has started playing up, sometimes it will not go into top and lock down, it seems the slightest touch on the throttle and it will kick down, also occasionally it seems to hit a false neutral as its changing up.
It runs on 265 x 70 x 16 tyres, roughly equivalent to 31.5s.
Have reset the kick down cable.
Filter changed at rebuild, fluid is good.
Temp has no affect.
