Changing hatch glass to defrost stripped glass. 1994
My 94 cherokee does not have rear defrost. I want to change the rear glass in the hatch to have rear defrost.
Does the wiring for the defrost switch exist in the front dash and also in the hatch to connect to the defrost strips?

There is also a defogger relay in the relay center, and a fuse, 25 amp fuse, #18, in the circuit.
If there is a 2 pole connector behind the left rear inner fender panel (natural plastic color) with a red & black wire in it, that is not used or connected to anything, it may be for the rear window grid.
Hard to say, without looking, if the factory used a common harness or a specific harness for the rear wiring.
