If you tow anything, go 75-140.

If you don't, you're good with 75-90 or around there.

I've got 75-90 gear oil on Tap here at work. Think that will be alright for front and rear?

Front's fine but you should really use the heavier spec for the rear

So you're saying go with 75-140 even if you don't tow anything? I've been using 80-90 so far.

No, you want 75-140 if you do tow. You'd be fine with 80-90 if you don't tow anything. But the OP said he does tow sometimes
