I am not sure about the 95, but on my 98 and 99 in the cab, the kick panel fuse#11 is a 20 amp yellow Run/Start Ignition, Daytime running light fuse.

All fuses look ok, burn wires I don't know where to really start looking, I may have to change crankshaft sensor I was hopping not to doesn't look fun

If you wind up changing the crankshaft position sensor get Mopar only. They only cost a little more but well worth it.

Does your engine compartment have fuses too? Did you check them?

I have checked all the fuse in the cab and under the hood, ok I will get mopar sensor
