Default CFM of Fans?

Alright trying to figure out my overheating issue still. I have done it all T-Stat, Water Pump, Fan Clutch Sending unit and gauge, Flush. I did not do the radiator due to being good.

I am thinking of ditching the factory fans and going to electric setup. Summit Racing has many to choose from. I am wondering if anyone knows the CFM of the factory fans are? Or maybe where I can find the info.

Any help would be great thanks

The only way to tell if the XJ rad is good is have a rad shop remove the tanks from the core and inspect for build-up/scale inside the tubes. It can look fine on the outside and not leak, but lost it's ability to shed heat effectively.

Is your rad new? I don't think XJs overheated when new. Factory standard cooling did not have a efan, only the mechanical fan, and apparently it kept things cool when new.

Possible that you have a blocked passage somewhere. I just did my coolant flush and crap kept coming out of my engine while I ran it with the hose in, draincock out, for like twenty minutes.
