Does the cup at the end of the console come out? Or is it attached to the insert permanently? You know the piece under the ashtray? The po on mine seemed to have spilled some hardening cement or something in there and it looks like crap. It looks like it will come out, but I['m going to have to remove the worthless cupholders I think the po also installed and was wondering before I tear into it.

yea it should be 2 screws right under the arm rest/lid of your center console

yeah I got those and then there is 2 more in the shifter assembly, but I have to do some hacking to get the cupholders off and if the tray in the insert doen't come out it hardly seems worth it...
