Is it a small 30 amp that's blowing ? There several members have had a similr issue with o2 sensor wire falling and grounding out ...

I checked that initially when I started looking into this on the forums...its the 30A maxi fuse, the larger fuse, not the smaller fuse, which in my jeep is only a 20A fuse for some reason...
but the o2 wire seems undisturbed in its sheath still, and im running out of ideas
I tried the obd1 key trick to aid in my diagnosis but no go, it wont flash at all...im thinking I may go buy an obd1 reader and see if it helps...im beyond stumped...

I guess tomorrow im going to try to bypass the pump wiring altogether and run temporary power to the pump without thay relay in place to see if it makes any difference...

So after a bunch more playing with electricity, ive noticed that the electric fan attempts to move before the fuse pops...the fuse still pops when the fan is unplugged, but nothing happens if I pull the fuel pump relay...
the fuse still pops if I unplug the fan relay and/or the aux fan fuse...

Ive given up on this issue, and almost on the jeep...
as a last resort its going to the stealership...if that gets too outrageous, its off to the crushers and ill start over...getting a bad taste in my mouth for domestics, and its only been a month

I'll post up some diagrams. In the mean time, unplug your Transmission Control Module and see if the 30 Amp fuse (F15) still blows. If it still blows, remove the ASD relay and try it.

Here's some diagrams, etc., for your 30 Amp circuit.
PDC Fuses and Relays:

PDC Identification:

PDC Application Chart:

F15 and Splice A14. Note that circuit A141 off the fuel pump relay goes to the Fuel Tank System, which includes going through the fuel pump ballast:

For the heck of it, a pic of the 94 PDC:
