Cat-back, or muffler?

Default Cat-back, or muffler?

My current muffler is stock, and it is starting to rust through, so I figured once I get it replaced I might as well upgrade. So should I get a whole new cat-back exhaust system, or save some money and just go with a new muffler.

i went with flowmaster 44 and highflow cat and 2.5 inch piping from cat back gave it a nice throaty sound
