Cat ?

I know its illegal to talk about cat removal but this is different the P.O. gutted the cat i found out after ripping it off on a trail it seems to be running fine it hasnt thrown and C.E.L. but does it do any engine damage running a gutted cat i put a new one last week and it seems to be driving the same im just curious if it does any engine harm i dont want to see engine failure?

Lol I love how this site has made the cat out to be a major part in engine operation. No the cat does not have any part in engine operation. It's actually lowers engine performance "or they would not sell high flow cats make sence". It's only perpuse is to have cleaner exhaust.
