Car wont turn on

Turn ignition on got nothing. All electric works but engine doesn't even try to turn over.

If you turn the key and nothing happens at all (Just complete silence?) then I would guess either Neutral Safety Switch (NSS). Try starting it in N (Neutral). If that fails starter motor.

didn't start in neutral!

ignitions switch? Bad starter? If you got a voltmeter, check the voltage at starter while key is turned. If you got voltage, starter is bad, if not, it's something else such as ignition switch.
