Can't get steering wheel straight - Maxed out Drag link
I cant really tell from the pictures whats going on but you should be able to replace all of that yourself. I have videos of every one of those items you mentioned on my youtube channel. And all for less that $200 I bet.
Adjusting the collar on the drag link should get your steering wheel straight wether stuff is loose or not. But you could also have a broken steering box spacer... I have a video on that too.

As in looking with pictures provided that trackbar looks really bent at the frame end but would cause the axle to sitting longer on the driver side. If it was me id pull everything but starting at the gear box to see if the spines are twisted as they say. Next would be the pitman arm, check it against another one or even find someone local that prob on here to give you another set of eyes. And also if you can hit up the jy for the zj swap if the center link is bent or a upgraded from frank or any other vendors.
If you go all stock it should be more then 250 for draglink and all tie rods and trackbar. The gear box will be around 130 with the core or upgrade to the durango box and new pitman arm like 50 or jy for around 15. Alignment around 80 to 150 depending where you take it. So in total around 400 maybe 500 plus you get the knowledge and possible a jeep buddy if your able to find someone on here.

Okay reporting back. I ended up getting a slightly different kit. This one had additional sway bar links and ball joints.
Alright, got everything installed. Still have a crooked wheel haha. Regardless the bushings on everything were warn, the track bar clunked etc. All that is taken care of and the Jeep drives tight. Still want to get this wheel straightened out. Tell me if this would work, so if drive the jeep get the wheels straight, disconnect pitman arm then straighten out the wheel and reconnect the pitman arm to the drag link?? At this point its more of an annoyance than a legitimate concern.

That's what I am going to try next. I'll take it off get wheel and tires lined up together and reconnect it close as possible then make minor adjustments with drag link. It sounds good on paper.
