never have seen that before.. but that's where the fog lights and another switch would go. not sure what you have there?

Looks custom, is it a switch or lights? Can you follow the wiring?

Hwy guys thinks for the help sorry not to give alot of info earlier but as far as i know my ride is stock so i dont thing it would be for fog lights and its just a little red a green light that flashes
