Default can i just rewire my heater?

so ive been having a heater issue since i bought the jeep. The P/O had replaced the dash, and when i went in i found sooo many cut wires. Ive tried to tape, and attach what i could but my issue is still there.

My thought now is. Since i got a "toy fuse box" basically 1 wire from the battery to the box, and the box has a spot for 6 fuses & accessiories. Can i just rewire my heater into the new box?

And if anyone is interested. The original heater problem is. When i run my heater after about 5 minutes. It's like i blow a fuse. i loose my turn signals, radio, and heater. But if i turn the jeep off, wait five minutes or so. Then turn it back on i have everything back on. If someone has an explination for that... Id be even happier.

Ill be out working on the clutch master cylinder for a little bit, as well as a few other things. So i want to say thanks to anyone who might help out a little. Just in case i dont get back on till this evening..

Sooo i took my dash apart. mounter on top of what looks like a bell style thermostat, is a little black cube. with 5 wires pluged into it. 1 of them has come out of the connector. can anyone tell me what color wire goes into the top plug in?

Is there a small circuit breaker where the fuse is supposed to be?

I think i may have figured out my problem here. I am hoping someone will be able to agree or not,

I'm thinking this might be caused by my ignition switch. I've been reading alot of threads about strange electrical things. But curious if anyone else agrees with that???

Yesterday running the blower on low, i was able to jiggle the keys to get my power back to the items i loose.....

It could be that you are loosing the power feed or maybe a ground.

Try disconnecting the blower from the circuit and see if you have problems with the other items. Also, you can connect the blower to a battery, fuse the positive lead and see if it works for a while. This will test the blower motor.
